Dr Kharak Singh ji passed away on August 6, 2008. He was a great Personality amongst the Sikhs. He established the Institute of Sikh Studies in 1989 with the association of eminent scholars like Sardar Daljit Singh and Jagjit Singh. The Sikh community worldwide has lost a stalwart, who will always be remembered with great respect and admiration.
